What are the advantages for existing businesses?
You can use a Full Service office as temporary solution or as definite solution. Temporary can be used when you want to explore the market in a certain area.
Logistic problems, deliveries, supplying, repair works, none of this you have to care about, everything will be arranged by the Office Manager @ EOC.
Do you have a problem, simply report it to the Office Manager, this way you yourself can spend more time on your activities.
Even your phone answering you can outsource to us, we are your filter so you only need to answer the most important phone calls.

Can I choose the layout of my office?
Of course, if you have a full service office, we provide the furniture but you choose the layout.
How long before I can start using my Full Service Office?
As soon as the contract is signed, you can start using the office on the starting date mentioned in the contract.
How many people fit in the meeting rooms?
Meetings for up to 15 people can be organised in our big meeting room, our small meeting room can host up to 6 people.
When can we use the meeting rooms?
Clients who have a full service office can use our meeting room 24/7, all others can use the meeting room from Monday to Saturday between 8AM and 6PM.
If we outsource our phone services to you, how will that go?
We answer the phone for you at EOC, take the message and we can send you an e-mail, a text messages or we can simply transfer the call to whatever number you want, mobile or landline.
Can we transfer our existing number to the number at Easy Office Center?
Yes, both phone and fax numbers can be transferred, we do not charge extra for this but the provider might, we don't control that. Leave the paperwork to us, we will do the transfer.
What are the Mail services?
We receive your mail and based on what was agreed, we send the mail to a chosen address or you collect it once or multiple times per week/month/year.
